USILK CITY, Hanoi
USILK City is a large scale mixed development project in Hanoi, situated on 9 hectare of land within Van Khe, a new urban city. The project comprises of a three-story shopping complex with 13 residential towers of varying heights from 25 to 50 storeys, supplying 2700 residential units. It has two large basement with an area of 113,000 square meters connecting these high-rise towers. Construction of these two linked basements was done in many phases and the consultant needed a durable, effective and easy to apply waterproofing system that does not slow down construction progress. After an exhaustive evaluation, the project consultants selected Davco K11 Matryx as it met all of their rigorous criteria.
Davco K11 Matryx has the unique ability to form tiny crystals within the pores and capillary tracts of concrete, permanently sealing the basement concrete from water penetration. Being an integral waterproofing, it needs no surface protection as there is no risk of damage from following construction activities.
